NEW POEM: December 12, 2014

THE CONSOLER

The colossal hands of tenderness

The mistaken urge of resentment

The billows of hopelessness

Mindful of the gentle voice begets appeasement.

The brilliant luminosity beaming through

Blinds the apparent missteps

As the bitter fury wind blew

Clench onto the sturdy upper limbs.

Here to reside above the careless seas and waves

A foot on unyielding land alongside the loved embrace

Revive from the spine-chilling grave

A beam of faith, evermore cherish the flawless face.
